Using F.A.T provides users with the ability to swiftly create animations with complete freedom.

The process is straightforward: start by creating a new animation. Then, keyframe the character and fine-tune the inertia settings to add subtle secondary movements. Export the skeleton to an industry-standard BVH format.

Once your animation is complete, you can import it into any 3D program, such as Blender, MotionBuilder, Cinema4D, and more. These programs offer options to either adapt the animation to your specific character or export it to popular game engines like Unity, Unreal Engine, CryEngine, Godot, and many others.

Navigating the 3D scene within the software is user-friendly. Use two fingers to rotate and three fingers to pan around. To manipulate the blue nodes and create different poses, simply use a single finger or an Apple Pencil. Once you achieve a desired pose, click the "Set Key" button to capture it.

Modifying keyframes is effortless with F.A.T. Users can easily move red keyframes along the timeline using either the "Copy" or "Cut Key" buttons. These keyframes can then be pasted to a new time or replaced with other keyframes.

F.A.T also offers a procedural inertia system that aids in generating subtle secondary motions for characters. Activating the "Procedural Inertia Motion" button will illuminate the blue bulb and adjusting the slider above it allows users to introduce inertia to their keyframes.
